The construction of the commercial complex will include a 4B+G+41-storey tower with offices and shops with an additional parking facility The project also includes the construction of a sewage treatment plant (STP) with a capacity of 72 klpd According to the most recent information available to Projects Today, GS Developers expects to commence the work on the project in May 2023. The documentation is underway, and the architect and contractors are already appointed |
