| Project Detail : | The Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) has envisaged plans to develop an industrial park (Phase-I) at Srikalahasthi Node in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
The project will span over 2,770 acre (1,121 ha) of land entailing an investment of Rs 466 crore. It will generate direct employment potential for 30,000 persons.
In January 2019, the project was accorded terms of reference (ToR).
land acquisition is underway. APIIC is awaiting environment clearance (EC) for the project. The industrial park is slated to be completed by December 2021. |
