| Project Detail : | The Central Public Works Department has invited bids for construction of permanent campus for IISER. It is located in Chittoor district of Andhra Pradesh.
The scope of work envisages construction of accommodation for academic-cum-research complex (B+G+four) and lecture complex (G+one), learning resource centre (library block) (G+two), auditorium block (G+one), administration block (G+two), sports block (G+one), utility block consisting of HVAC plant room and residential accommodation for guest house (G+one), student dormitories (double occupancy) including internal water supply, sanitary installations, drainage, and other bulk development works like ground level sumps, utility crossings, among other works.
The work will be completed in a period of 24 months at a cost of Rs 469.7 crore. |
