| Project Detail : | Epsilon Carbon is planning to expand coal tar distillation capacity from three lakh tpa to five lakh tpa at Musinayakahalli in Ballari district of Karnataka.
The project will also set up a carbon black plant of three lakh tpa and coal-based captive power plant of 54 MW. The project will spread over 17.89 acre of land. The cumulative cost is Rs 900 crore. It will create employment opportunities for 525 people.
Epsilon Carbon received environmental clearance (EC) and other necessary clearances for the project. The land acquisition process is also underway. The work on the project is expected to commence by August 2020. |
