| Project Detail : | Om Infrastructure is developing Vandemataram Mahadev Lily residential complex at Maninagar in Ahmedabad district of Gujarat.
The project will spread over 2.61 acre of land and comprise five towers of basement+hollow plinth+13 floors with 400 flats, including modern amenities.
In December 2019, Om Infrastructure received environment clearance from the Gujarat State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).
excavation work is in progress. The project will be completed by December 2026. |
