| Project Detail : | Savani Enterprises will soon begin work on its upcoming residential complex 'Prayosha Dream' at Dindoli in Surat district of Gujarat.
The project will come up over 2.08 acre of land parcel and comprise three towers of basement+G+8 floors and four towers of basement+hollow plinth+eight floors with total 398 flats and 35 commercial shops, including modern amenities.
On 11 December 2019, the company received environment clearance.
following the clearance the work on the project is expected to begin by March 2020.
The estimated cost of the residential complex is Rs 57.27 crore. |
