| Project Detail : | The Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has floated tender for construction of 1,400 tenements under Affordable Housing in Partnership-Housing for All (PMAY).
The scope of work involves construction of 1,400 tenements (G+four storeyed) with minimum 400 sq ft of plinth area/unit using conventional technology/alternative technology or a combination of both including all services such as internal water supply, sanitary, electrification and development work at Mappedu scheme in Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu on lump-sum turnkey design and build basis.
The work will be completed in a period of 18 months at a cost of Rs 103.4 crore. |
