Description |
The purpose of the proposed technical assistance is to assist the Government to prepare and deliver a strategy to improve the learning outcomes of primary and secondary students by addressing the access, quality, efficiency, capacity and policy issues in the education sector. The TA will focus on systematic, sustainable, and equitable approaches to relevant and efficient learning systems for all primary and secondary school children to achieve the Government's education goals. The TA outputs will include: (i) an updated education sector policy strategy; and (ii) a cost-effective feasibility study of investments suitable for ADB financing. |
