Proposal For Reappraisal of Earlier Granted EC By DEIAA, Raj. Vide Letter No. F- 1/DEIAA/Mine /2016/1423, Dated-10/08/2016 With Production Capacity: - 1300 TPA, of Existing Marble Mining Project , M.L. No. 268/1998, Area- 1.0 Ha. (Govt. Land), Khasra No-205,213,30,206 & 212, Near Village- Jhanjhar , Tehsil & Dist.- Rajsamand (Raj.) of applicant M/s Arham Stones.
The mining lease was granted in favour of Smt. Premlata Mali, W/o Shri Narayan Lal Mali R/o- Kailashpuri, Tehsil- Girwa & Dist.- Udaipur (Raj.) vide order no. 19269 on dated 17/11/1989 for 10 year. The lease deed was executed on 27/11/1989 and lease deed was registered on dated 01/12/1989. The mining lease was again transfer in favour of M/s Padamprabhu Marble, Address- Tehsil & Dist.- Rajsamand. Vide order no. 650 on dated 21/10/2013. The lease deed was executed & registered on dated 21/10/2013. The lease was transfer in favour of M/s Arham Stones, Address- Araji No. 2573. National Heighway-8, Mokhampura, Kelwa, Teshil & Dist.- Rajsamand (Raj.) vide order no. 1697 dated 14/07/2022. The validity of lease from 01/12/1989 to 30/11/2039.
Approved of Mining Scheme with PMCP has been Approved by Office of Additional Director (Mine), Mines & Geology Department, Udaipur – Zone, Udaipur, Govt. of Rajasthan. vide letter no.- ADM (mines)/ Udai. - Zone/Rajsamand-I/Mine Scheme/M.L. No. 268/1998/F-49/22/1849. dated –25/08/2022.
