Delhi Development Authority has planned for “Upgradation and Renovation of District Center” at Bhikaji Cama Place, Delhi for which M/s. SOM projects Pvt ltd has been allocated the work of upgradation and renovation The total plot area of the project is 86872 m 2.

The project is for the upgradation and renovation of the District Centre. The existing district center was developed in 1988 by DDA at Bhikaji Cama Place i.e. before EIA notification 1994 and 2006. Hence, EIA notification was not applicable to the project and Environment Clearance was not obtained.

Total Project Cost: Cr. 64
