Project Detail:
The project corridor Bengaluru – Kadapa – Vijayawada in the state of Andhra Pradesh is chosen as the development of stretches for better connectivity between Bengaluru and Vijayawada. The proposed greenfield Economic corridor starts near Uppalapadu village (Design Ch. 226.000) and ends near Muppavaram village on NH-16 (Design Ch. 342.500) in the state of Andhra Pradesh. The proposed Greenfield Economic corridor traverses through Prakasam and Bapatla districts of Andhra Pradesh state. The proposed alignment (SOI map) is given in Figure ES.1.
