M/s. Virchow Petrochemical Private Limited is located at Plot No. 17 A, IDA, Phase-I Patancheru, Sangareddy District in Telangana. Virchow Petrochemical Private Limited was incorporated in June, 2003. The Company purchased M/s. Ambuja Petrochemicals Limited unit in Patancheru, through the Official Liquidator, Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad. The company was renamed as M/s. Virchow Petrochemical Private Limited. M/s. Ambuja Petro chemicals is involved in manufacture of Synthetic organic chemicals and establishe their unit way back in 1988. As there are no environmental clearance requirements at that time, they obtained CFO from the state Pollution Control Board under water and Air Acts.
