Project Detail:
Directed to convey the Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction for the project on “Rejuvenation of river Kali East by development of in-situ Constructed Wetland System at eight locations in District Muzaffarnagar, Meerut, Hapur and Bulandshahr (UP)” under Namami Gange Programme at an estimated cost of X 95.47 Crore (Rupees Ninety Five Crore and Forty Seven Lakh Only) including GST under DBOT mode with 100% central funding with the following major project.
The project is to be implemented within 12 months including bidding period from the date of issue of AA&ES as per the implementation schedule given in Annexure-V. All the bidding activities and award of work to be completed within 2 months. Any procurement of goods, works and consultancy if required by UP Projects Corp Ltd, State PSU under Ministry of Jal Shakti, Govt of U.P as part of executing the project proposal shall be made strictly as per the prevailing procurement guidelines of Govt. of India/ NGRBA framework guidelines and various other guidelines of NMCG, with prior approval of NMCG (wherever applicable) Any cost escalation over and above the sanctioned cost attributable to State Government, including due to delay in land acquisition, change in scope post approval etc., will be borne by State Government concerned.
