Increase access to the internet in Project areas, improve the delivery of public services through digital channels, and promote digital skills and innovation.
Progress towards achievement of the PDO will be measured by the following results indicators: People provided with access to the internet through the Project, Share of digital government service users and that report being satisfied with services delivered, Number of people trained that find employment or engage in entrepreneurship using digital skills, Number of people trained that find employment or engage in entrepreneurship using digital skills.
