Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction for the project “Interception & Diversion ([&D) works for Kairana Town, Distt. Shamli, Uttar Pradesh State under Narmami Gange Programme. at an estimated cost of Rs. 78.42 crore {Rupees Seventy Eight Crores and Forty Two Lakhs only) under DBOT mode.
i am qirected to convey ithe grant of Administrative Approval and Expenditure Sanction (AA&ES) for the project “Interception & Diversion (1&D) works for Kairana Town, Dist! Snamli”, Uttar Pradesh under Namami Gange Programme at an estirnated cost of Rs. 78.42 crore (Rupees Seventy-Eight Crores and Forty Two Lakhs only) with 100% central funding.
The period of completion of the project is 24 (Twenty Four) months after the award of project. The project must be awarded with in the six months from the date of this sanction. The target deliverables/milestones, scope of work, methodology and the given timeline should be followed as per the detailed implementation plan given in Annexure- itl.
Any procurement of goods, works and consultancy if required by UPJN as part of implementing the project proposal shall be made strictly as per the prevailing procurement guideline Govt. of India / NMCG.
