Project Detail:
The company has planning to construct “Institutional Project- Police Training Center” at Survey no: 3-A/Paiki 1, Khalal. The Residential buildings, shops and other buildings will be constructed on the Government land admeasuring 8,00,000 sq.m. Around 423345.631 sq. m. land will be utilized for the proposed project.
Cost of the proposed project would be approx Rs. Rs. 265.0 crore.
Proposed project having capacity and facilities as per the mentioned below:
INTERNAL FACILITIES:
1. Earthquake proof, R.C.C. Design
2. Building Details.
3. Granamite tiles flooring
4. Glazed tiles in flooring & dado for bath & WC.
5. Internal Plumbing & sanitation
6. Internal & Common electrification
7. Flat roof, with water proofing
8. U.G. tank & O/H tank with Pump.
PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES:
1. Surround pavement (paver blocks)
2. Drainage Network
3. Water supply Network
4. Street lights
5. Fire and Safety Provisions on all floors.
SOCIAL INFRASTRUCTURES:
1. Broad-band/ Wi-Fi Connectivity
