Project Detail:
The construction works would involve boundary wall construction, security fencing, industrial plots development, drainage system, power lines, street lighting, Facility for municipal solid waste management, firefighting systems, rainwater harvesting tanks, construction of roads, 33/11 electric substation, water storage tank and construction of site office, provision for three banks branches (250 sq.m), post office (250 sq.m), courier services at four locations each at 200 sq.m area, reprographics shop/convenient shopping, computer software and hardware shops, conference halls, office buildings, restaurants, workers club, executive club, guest house and hotels, creche, cultural centre, public health centres research development centre, IT park bus stops and auto stand under the proposed project.
The expected Cost of the proposed project shall be around Rs 474.91 Crores
