Warehouse Project ( 25.23Acres) 8 (a): Building and Construction Plot Area = 1,02,090.19 m2 Built Up Area = 67,126.800 m2
M/s Alcaso Infraspace Pvt. Ltd. has planned to develop Warehouse Project on a land
measuring 1, 02,090.19 m2 (25.23 acres) of plot area located in the revenue estate of Bihar.
The warehouse requires a comprehensive infrastructure for the convenience ease of service
and safety of storage materials and of the staff. Adequate power supply, efficient lighting,
reliable power back up, continuous water supply at adequate pressure, an efficient soil and
waste disposal system and fire protection system are a part of complete services
infrastructure.
We will store products related to Batteries, Baled cotton/synthetic fibers, Books Baled cork,
Baled waste paper, cartons of canned lacquers which dry by solvent evaporation, chipboard,
cardboard, rolls (horizontally placed), cereals/grains/foodstuffs/flour/sugar in sacks,
cellulose/cellulose pulp, and electrical goods.
The total area of project is estimated to be 1, 02,090.19 m2 (25.23 acres).
Total Project cost is INR 60 Crores included Land, Development and Machinery Cost.
