Project Detail:
Technopark had completed its Phase I and II development and presently plans for the development of Phase III and IV. Phase IV is named as Technocity, which is to be launched between Palippuram and Mangalapuram in Thiruvananthapuram District. For the entire Technocity, Government of Kerala had acquired around 158 Hectares of land. This total land had divided in to different parcels and leased out to individual parties for development of their own IT/ITEs Industries/institutions.
The infrastructure facilities developed by individual industries within each plot includes building space, internal road, individual parking facility, water sump, drainage, fire safety measures, Solid Waste Management mechanisms, green belt etc. Apart from these, other infrastructure facilities supplied by Technocity which are common to all individual parties are common entry and exist to Technocity, common internal road within entire plot towards facilitating the access to individual plots, uninterrupted water supply, uninterrupted electricity, common sewage treatment plant, common green belt etc.
Total Cost of the project is 1000 cores
