The proposed assistance reflects the country partnership strategy for Thailand 2007 2011 as it will foster infrastructure development and environmentally sustainable development. The S-PPTA will make a contribution to the strategy s implementation by supporting public private partnerships through the SPP program and by promoting the use of advanced technology in renewable energy generation. |
