| Project Detail : | WAPCOS has floated tender for construction of the National Institute of Naturopathy, Pune, in Maharashtra The scope of work envisages construction of 250-bed hospital, academic building and other residential/non-residential buildings The work involves civil, public health engineering including plumbing, water supply, sewerage, drainage, rain water harvesting, sewage treatment plant (STP), water treatment plant (WTP), effluent treatment plant (ETP) underground storage tanks and overhead water storage tanks on terrace, elevated service reservoir (ESR) The project also includes external and internal electrical works such as substation, street lighting, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), lifts, BMAS, DG sets, solar water heating system, firefighting, fire alarm system, boundary walls, waste management, swimming pool, open air theatre, roads and parking, medical waste disposal, external development, public address system, fire alarm, IT, medical/lab/process equipment, mortuary, ambulance, horticulture works and other allied services including repair if any during defect liability and maintenance period and completion report The project will be executed in a period of 21 months with an investment entailing Rs 152.2 crore |
